Heavy-duty canvas, adjustable to fit most bikes. External pockets. Plenty of tie-down straps.

(Five inches is the actual measurement of the pack, but in reality when packing the panniers, you will get at least 10-12" depth as the fabric is not rigid and the flap has a vast amount of adjustment so you can pack them out fully. For any further info please, don't hesitate to ask.)
Please note, these are 1958 large packs which have been dyed black and clip together with the adjustable straps used to clip to the 58 yoke. They work brilliantly as panniers, hold loads of kit, are very durable and have loads of tie down straps. '58 pattern kit was used by the British army up to the 90s.
These are grade 1 used packs but in good condition and look great. The metal buckles are not black; some may be green but can be scraped off.
