Product Details

One pair of panniers. Grade 1 condition. Great for any classic looking bike. WWII era used black motorcycle pair of panniers. Smaller size, ideal for commuting or day trips.

Please note these are wartime small packs which strap together and make great panniers. Joined by two adjustable throw-over khaki WWII-dated straps.

We will try and match pairs as best we can but they do not come as pairs and will not be exactly matching.

Heavy-duty canvas, adjustable to fit most bikes. Tie-down strap loops on base.

Approx dimensions:
Width: 30cm
Height: 20cm
Depth: 10cm

Please note, these are 1937 pattern smaller packs which strap together with the adjustable straps. They work brilliantly as panniers and hold a medium amount of kit. Very durable, '37 pattern kit was used by the British army during WWII and up until the introduction of the 1958 webbing, which we which we also sell. They have loops and buckles at the bottom of each pack for tie downs. They would also benefit from a metal frame or strut to keep them secure but on bikes with external shocks they should work fine.

These are good used condition. Please understand these are ex-military packs, stored for many years, and will have a musty smell about them. They can be washed and waterproofed. They could have painted names or numbers under the flap. They are original wartime and just after miltary packs.
